Order and Refund Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or if you do not receive what you have ordered, please contact us immediately. We will gladly accept all returns within 7 business days of receipt. We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will do our best to make things right. Just ship it back to us, and you will get a full product and shipping refund. Please not, we do not accept refunds if packaging is damage and the order thereafter will remain final.
To initiate a return, simply call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and the reason for the return. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label upon receiving and evaluating your request
Responsibility for Return Shipping Cost
If there is nothing wrong with the product or packaging, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. In this case, you are still eligible for a full refund, even if you simply changed your mind.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you submit your return request no later than 7 days after receiving the product.
Your refund will be returned to the same credit card or debit card used in the initial purchase. It should take no longer than 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
